Not a good finish to yesterday. OH had another dizzy and our LL informed us our rent is to increase from the first of next month but has not said by how much.......great joy.
Another bright morning and laundry out on the line, the towels are also in the washer and will be hung out shortly. Monday clean done.
I took out the last two pieces of salmon from the freezer and cooked them in white wine. I will leave them to go cold; we will have them with salad for supper, I have also done oranges in jelly for dessert, we will have that with some custard.
There are signs of spring in the garden, bulbs are starting to peep through and many of the shrubs have shoots forming. I need it to warm up a bit before I get down there and start splitting and replanting the plants in the border. Next month we should be able to move the rose and the apple tree.
Friend here this afternoon for tea and cake. OH will not be going to the library, he is waiting for a call from the Dr. re his medication. Will see how long he goes today without a dizzy.

It sounds like you're in better spirits and that is good to hear! You've had a lot of pleasing accomplishments today and I hope the visit with your friend is a delight.
Fingers crossed that a medication increase or change will be the magic solution to end those annoying dds for OH and you. This has gone on for far too long!
Signs of spring here, too, and we're hoping the arctic blast of the last 56 hours won't "nip them in the bud".
Your menu and dessert sound wonderful! How do you and OH manage not to weigh a ton with those yummy desserts?
