No more snow overnight but a very heavy frost it was -5 when we went out.
OH had a run of tests and then saw the Dr. He wants him to come off his tablets to lower his BP and also reduce gradually his cortical steroid. He thinks the two things are counter productive. Cannot argue with that I have been saying that for ages.
He has a 24 hour monitor on which has to go back tomorrow. We them have to see the consultant again to decide if they try new beta blockers or go down the pacemaker route.
We were glad to get home it was bitter out. Lunch was quiche with tomato, cucumber and coleslaw, I have bean and beef casserole for supper, OH asked for herb dumplings. Rice pudding for dessert.
We called at the garage on the way home, OH could not get the cap off to put oil in the engine, All done and filled up. just need to check the tyres now.
PS I did buy more food

Am glad to hear the doctor may going to make some medication adjustments for OH to see if that helps. Hope the news from the tests is good news.
We're back from AMIL's medical appt. and she's going to try medication for restless legs as she has missed so much sleep. We also went to the library where I picked up more Midsomer Murder DVDs.
It's cold and rainy so it was good to get back inside to the warmth of home. We have a chance of snow tomorrow night so are glad we have no where we much go on Friday or Saturday.
