Another dreich morning, I went to Tesco and Aldi, it chucked it down with rain, the windscreen wipers were doing overtime.
OH had two trips to the Drs. for his blood test 2 nurses tried and failed. Third nurse managed it fine. He is at the library, they are trying to set up a friends group for the John Gray centre.
My friend was here this afternoon, we had a good time drinking tea and eating cake. I have to finish the binding on the table runner. My machine is going in to get the light replaced and a service, so I need to finish the runner tomorrow. We are taking it in on Saturday.
The weather cleared up this afternoon and just now we have blue sky with white fluffy clouds, not sure how long its going to last!!
Supper tonight, sausage, mash and beans. Toffee bananas for dessert.

How is OH's INR level doing? I hope you're finding it easy to monitor and manage with diet.
I thought your sewing machine got a new light not very long ago so was surprised it needs a new light now. Perhaps that was a different machine that needed the other light?
A huge storm rolled thru here last night with high wind and hard rain. We lost electricity for a little more than an hour but it seems the trees stayed up and we're glad for that. All is sunshine and mud now.
What kind of cake did you serve your friend?
