No more snow overnight but we have had several flurries during the day and the forecast is for hravy snow overnight.
The main path in the complex is clear as are most of the pavements throughout the town.
We did manage out for a short walk this afternoon, it was quite pleasant but cold...bbbbrrrrrr I was glad to get back into the warmth of home.
We spent most of the afternoon reading, only resorting to the TV to watch David Attenborough, he and his brother Richard were contemporaries of my mother and her brother when their father was headmaster at the Wggyeston School. They used to play together on the playing fiields..
Supper tonight some of the cooked beef from Christmas with roast potato and parsnips, carrots and cauliflower. Apple strudel for dessert. The baguette I made yesterday was yummy. we had some of it last night and finished it with some soup at lunchtime. A tip I was given years ago to refresh stale baguette is to sprinkle it with water and put it in a hot oven for 10 minutes.....it works......
I am half way up the sleeve on a jumper for my friends new grandson, Hope to get it finished this week. A much quieter one than last week. OH has an appointment on Tuesday but the rest of the week is free.

Glad you enjoyed your walk. It's beautiful but so cold....
Hope E's appointment goes ok.
Love R and D Attenborough! So talented in their fields.
And a lovely new project, I'm sure they'll appreciate the present.
Have a great week.

Hope there is good, helpful information given OH at his appt.
We've always enjoyed the Attenboroughs on TV, too.
