Good morning just........I have not been long out of bed, last night was the first night I have slept through since last Sunday. OH woke me at 9.30 with my breakfast and told me to stay where I was, nothing to get up for he was on his way to the reference library 'for an hour'.
Its a fine morning, I have opened the bedroom windows, both were sticking with the wet weather. not sure what it is like out, might fins out later if we go out for a walk.
Tomorrow is the last day of my antibiotics, to be honest I do not think that have cleared the infection so I may well be on my way back to the Drs. on Monday. Very little/ no energy at all.
OH suggested that we use some of the sliced cooked gammon from the freezer for supper tonight with salad and potato salad, so the gammon and a chicken for tomorrow are defrosting in the kitchen.
I did manage a bit of sewing yesterday, now have to do some creative sewing to get it to lay flat, despite using bias binding and clipping the seams its still turns up a bbit in a couple of places, it can wait till next week, I will have sheets etc to iron.
Grumpy start to the day

How nice to get a good night's sleep, breakfast in bed, and then be told to relax and enjoy a slow, easy morning! The fact of a pretty day outside is another bonus.
Hope your wonky sewn creation will lay flat with just a bit of pressing.
I hope to sew today and to pack away the Christmas decorations. That's a big job.
First, breakfast and coffee! Would you like some?
Hugs!
Little or no energy doesn't sound quite right if you're thinking of ironing sheets!
No energy means NO energy! Unless you're a drama queen of course!
But what is the point of ironing sheets anyway when you don't notice whether they've been ironed or not once you've got in bed.
Surely if you're not well some things could/would be left, or are you really that ill?
How kind of OH to suggest having an extra lie-in, and also breakfast in bed. Wish my hubby would suggest that for me!!
Take care and perhaps another dose of antibiotics will clear your infection for good. You are not having the best start to 2013, Anne, but it will get better.
I know what you mean about sewing on the bias. It is the 'pits' at times. Good luck.

Hope you are feeling better soon.

Sorry you're still not feeling any better :(
I do wish people wouldn't leave anonymous comments :(
I hopeyou're feeling a bit better today. Just rest and keep warm :)
I have never had a bladder infection but have known friends with them...very exhausting. Hope you feel better soon, hate to mention it but once we are over 23 , it takes longer to bounce back.

Just like to say how lovely it is to see Lindisfarne. It's one of the most serene and beautiful places I know
