I spent the afternoon working on the table centre, its round so I need to clip the seam so it lays flat. After our afternoon cuppa I went to the bank to pay in some cash and the library to pick up a book that was in for me, it was quite cold but not unpleasant.
No Friday clean, I was forbidden to do it by OH, the urine infection I have is really pulling me down, the anti b's are very strong, seem to be sapping my energy. I do not have much at the best of times, but it seems to be worse that usual just now.
Fish and chips for tea, I bought bananas yesterday so banana for dessert.

Antibiotics wipe out the healthy bacteria in your gut - it's a good idea to take a probiotic supplement to put things right. Wholefood shops or perhaps your local chemist shop should have a good one.

Sorry to hear you are under the weather. Perhaps you did too much yesterday and need to take things a bit easy for a while. Hope the infection clears up with the antibiotics. Maybe tomorrow, you can relax and read your library book.
