I thought it was July!!

The weather thinks it april....sun and showers all day.

I was late up again, although I was not late putting my light out. I think I am going to have to see the Dr. the tiredness is really getting  me down.

I cooked the ham in the pressure cooker and finished it off in the oven with the skin removed and the fat rubbed with sugar and mustard. Once it was cold I sliced enough for today and tomorrow and froze two lots for sandwiches.

I sewed out a design I had made up, not too happy with it, a mess on the back and did not get it lined up quite right, Finished off the blocks for the linus quilt, I just have a bit of hand sewing to do and then machine 1" in round the square, then they can go back, should have them done by Wednesday/ This morning I sorted out the mess of fabric,wadding and rulers on the dryer, I have cut out some mug rugs and a couple of pot holders to start off the sewing for the craft fair at the end of November.

The ham was delicious for supper, we had calebreses and cauliflower from the garden, carrots, new potato's and parsley sauce. I finished off the pineapple so we had it with ice cream. I opened a bottle of bucks fizz to drink.

We have had sun and showers all day, its very black again now so guess we are in for more rain..........hope its fine tomorrow I have two loads of washing to do in the morning.
